Ágiles 2.0 is a Business Process Management System (BPMS) that automates processes and integrates people, document, data and legacy systems, enabling organizations to automate workflows, collaborate and manage their documents through its Enterprise Content Management (ECM) capabilities.

Totally developed in Java/JEE, Ágiles modules are all web-based, allowing users to access their modules in an intranet, internet or extranet environment.

The activities and tasks are performed according to the business rules, user profiles and the deadline they should occur (allowing the user to postpone tasks for a predetermined time). The performance of people, activities and departments can be measure using KPI. With them, the company can assess their process and make decisions based on information directly linked to them. This enables companies to improve their processes more often and respond quickly to the changing environment and enabling their corporate strategy with cost reduction and increased efficiency.

Ágiles modules include optionally: Business Intelligence, Document Imaging, Process Designer, Digital Signatures, Biometric Authentication, Electronic Protocol and SOA. Figure 01

 

All Ágiles 2.0 modules are natively integrated, the customer can purchase the optional modules as needed, enabling a smaller initial setup fee. Optional modules include: Business Intelligence, Document Imaging, Process Designer, Digital Signatures, Biometric Authentication, Electronic Protocol and SOA.

Ágiles 2.0 is fully compliant with BPMN 1.0/b>. The system architecture was redesigned to improve performance and allow the integration with any WSDL enabled web-service. Ágiles 2.0 does not limit the number of process templates that can be created neither the number of process instances.
