Ágiles Workspace (AW)
allows users to start their business process thru a
process category structure. This feature enables the
less experienced users to learn quickly because it
maintains a traditional folder based structure.
In the same module, users can view the
activities that they need to perform, the processes
that they can initiate and have started.
In all activities users can add notes and
attach files to the process, allowing and ad-hoc
iteration that the business analysts may have
missed.
The activity can also be locked by a user in
a group for later completion which blocks other
users to perform the same activity.
Users can also track the progress of their processes
graphically.
The time the user took to perform an activity is
logged for analysis and process improvement.
