Ágiles Document Management

Ágiles Document Management allows users to search documents using any word or phrase.  Processes and forms can also be searched using this module. When storing documents, users can assign permissions to them, enabling confidential documents do be kept this way. Processes can also assign permissions automatically.

The system administrator can define the folder structure in which the documents should be published. Multiple folder publication is also possible.

Ágiles supports all the main document formats: MS-Office, Adobe Acrobat, GIF, HTML, Autocad and others.
